Dunluce Under 13’s ready for national final

Our under-13 football team have reached the final of the Northern Ireland Small Schools Cup after a 3-1 victory over Newry High School in the Semi-Final. The boys have travelled the length and breadth of Northern Ireland on their way to the final, which will be a really special day in the life of the school. The semi-finals in Newry saw the boys dominate the match and in all honesty, they could have won even more comfortably. The return of Taylor McBride after injury helped our defence to keep Newry out at one end, while a hat-trick from Samuel Skeggs at the other end was enough to see us through and ensure victory. All the boys were excellent, particularly after such a long journey, and they deserve their big day at the final. Details of the date and venue of the final will be posted here as soon as the I.F.A have confirmed arrangements.
